I have really been researching, looking for a book and ordered it on Amazon but found that they don't have it so I am having to order it from another vendor.  I have tried to get it from its source but their website is under construction. Tried to call the company but could not get a return call.  I did order the book: Electronic Medicine Cure for Cancer by: Alan Stang.  I have also been trying to find more information on the Remedy Maker so that I can make better use of the Electronic Medicine, I found a Dr. and have left a message for him to call me, he is out of the office on Friday.  I am also looking into my bank of information for information for the care of dogs and have been busy, just not very productive.  I sent a video on the post before this one that I gained a lot of info from and have been listening to more of them. My mind is going wild and I am going to take a run with my dogs in the wonderful sunshine before it leaves us...

I will shout from the rooftops, that magic car is so great and I am so grateful for her.
i rented space (will make the rent from my class members who are so generous) and now have space for people to come for "wellness".  My class met, everyone welcome, on Thursday and I did not get through my class plan because of the great exchange of ideas: Ann, Ann, Doris, Pat, Susan, Carmen, Janet, etc. all came together for discussion and it was great. Bennie was there earlier for elimination of allergies.. Today I am going to purchase an easy chair so that I can place my biomat in it and let people use it and I have my meditation tapes set up also along with the color kit, the vision improvement kit, etc. I also have lots of audios/videos and books for borrowing.  I will keep adding stuff and plan on using the allergy kit to eliminate a lot of allergies.
I got a Thio free, toxic free, ammonia free hair perm, Sara Lou allowed me to care for Rocky through the holidays so we could barter services. I look more alert, taller, etc. because I have a bit of curl on my head.
On Tuesday I had a healing session with my friend Laura and I have started my course in Novanetics that I got from Doug.  My friend Nancy made it to her new home in Mexico and CC is almost on her way to Thailand.
I was trying to purchase folding chairs of my classroom and just happened to run into my friends: Ted and Katy Morter and he had chairs for me, really nice stacking chairs, wasn't it "lucky" for me to meet them just at that time?
I truly appreciate the opportunities I am being given. I will start by being there at the classroom on Monday and Thursday but if you would like to meet me there, just call: 479-366-4306..

New classrooms

Today, I started another new beginning, rented space for  new classroom space.  319 N. 13th street in Rogers, AR.  I am really excited about this and I am so looking forward to making good use of this space.  I will do wellness/life coaching from this space, have my classes here, eliminate allergies, etc. I am so grateful for this privilege and I also got my hair permed today in exchange for pet setting. A great day!

Moving forward

Met with some members of my class yesterday, I really enjoyed seeing them again.  I have made the decision to rent classroom space in the former Rogers Natural Foods building.  The store has new ownership and has changed the name to: Pure Vitamins and Vittles, the building is also home for a couple of Massage Therapists and I will have space for the class, some of my healing modalities and place for people to come for allergy elimination, etc.  I am excited about this new adventure and even though it will be a longer drive than I wanted, it is excellent space.  Monday I will be finalizing the deal and feel confident that I can continue not to charge fees but can have enough donations to pay the rent. If you know someone who has a healing modality and needs a place to meet clients, just let them know that I might be able to help.  I hope to have class there next Thursday if I can gather up a few chairs for them to sit on... or we could just bring pillows and sit on the floor..??

Cost of my wellness program

If you know me, you know that I am really into free or almost free.  My wellness program could be done almost free, you do have to plan and do a bit of research. I consistently take 2 supplements, all natural, no added chemicals, real food: Moringa is a tree, some third world countries say that it grows in their country to enable the people to be strong and healthy, I purchase mine from a very pure company online: www.cleopatrashealth.com where I also purchase my other basic: Diatomaceous Earth capsules, this supplement keeps my skeleton strong and keeps all the bad bugs from my digestive system.  Together these two supplements cost less than $15 a month.  I purchase my MMS from the same company and I can use it for about $5 a month.  The organic coconut oil is about $5 a month and I did not mention it yesterday but I do an Epson Salt foot bath a couple of times a week for only a few pennies.  You can learn Qigong www.youtube.com and also Donna Eden's Energy system.  Qigong classes in Bentonville are free on Saturday.  My eyewash consists usually of structured water with a drop of Willards Water added to it. Willards water is a great supplement that I add to my animal's water to keep them strong, I also add it to any water I drink. My eye exercises are free, I made my own and only purchased my pinhole glasses for a few dollars. I worked for my biomat and my full body exercise machine but there are inexpensive ones on www.promolife.com, this is a super online company located in Fayetteville and the family who owns it, just great people.  I have a huge wish list on their site including a portable infrared sauna.  I structure my water through a portable filter which I traded services for plus a little cash so I could also have one in my shower, it will last a lifetime and the benefits are tremendous, earthing and/or going barefoot outdoors is free and probably the most beneficial thing I do.  Laughing and playing is another very beneficial thing that is, FREE.  I believe that one trip to the doctor or hospital would cost me more than my whole year of natural care. Some things I do is because it is cost effective, but most of the things I do is because I do not ever want to be in pain or unable to do what I want.  I tweak my program every day to see what I need to do to stay well and happy and then "just do it".  If I had to choose to eat nothing but cheap beans and  have my biomat, etc. I would do it.  It is all the choices we make.  Most people will spend more on one night of entertainment than I spend on a structured water filter, just a choice I make..
I do think that it is worth the cost to have massage, Bowenwork, biofeedback, etc. but unless I get it free or cheap, I do not do it, if I had a real problem I would use those plus other healing modalities.

Out with the old and in with the new..

I am ready for a new beginning, I will completely change my vision board and vision statement today because the number one thing on the 2014 board was, a new car and it happened through the generosity of many and much work for a couple of people.
Hopefully, many of you are starting wellness routines that will make great positive change in your life.
Here is a bit of the routines that I do to keep myself well and up and going: Sometimes when I say that I do something daily, it does not mean that I do it every day, the fact is that I do it most every day because life does not 'enjoy" perfect planning.  I do try to do an oil pull (place coconut oil in my mouth and swish while I am doing other things) I try to swish and spit it out in about 10-15 minutes.  I then use MMS and wash my mouth and brush my teeth with it, this heals any problems in my mouth and kills any pathogens in my mouth and throat.  I work a Qigong routine or a Donna Eden Energy routine into my morning. I almost always do my eye wash and during the day I do my eye healing routine. One of the things that I am working on; a meditation program and at this time I do a recorded program.  At sometime during the day, I wear the colored glasses that will help me make the most of my day: today it is, yellow because it is associated with cheerfulness, mental clarity, inspiration, etc.  I take only the supplements that my body says it needs and I also drink only filtered, structured water.  My computer or my DVD player has a webinar or music going most of the day, if I am at home. If the weather is not below freezing, I will spend at least 30 minutes walking on the earth barefoot or sometimes I sit outside with my feet on the ground as I comb my dogs, etc.
I know that I have been told, "it is not productive to multi task" but when I am doing my routines I am doing other things and feeling productive.  If  I watch TV, I will probably be doing some of these things or exercising on my full body vibration machine.  I can also watch TV or listen  to a webinar while I am spending time on my infra red mini biomat.  I can also do meditation while lying on the mat or reading. When I am swishing oil, I am fixing coffee, feeding my animals, etc. Every day I am faithful to writing, journaling, etc.
Most important, allow for creative changes in your routing.  Enjoy spontaneity in your day, week, month or year.  The greatest things happen when you do not follow strict routines.  Follow your heart, third eye, intuition and have fun.  The greatest thing you can do for your wellness is, laugh and play...... Have Fun!!
