This little book is written with the hope of helping someone change their life in a positive way. Freddie Martin Arbuthnot is an 81 year old lady who lives a holistic lifestyle and has never used her Medicare Card. She is a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 2 and lives on a small acreage with 12 dogs, a few cats, a 32 year old horse and a couple of retired pygmy goats. She really believes that if you learn to listen to your body and give it the right “stuff” to stay well.

As I approach my 81st year of life, I continue to feel the need to assist others in being well and happy. That means 2 legged people and the little 4 legged friends also. I also continue to live a life without prescription drugs or over the counter medication and have not yet used my Medicare card. I have a passion for seeing people and animals free of disease and pain. I do believe that our bodies are self-healing and if we give it the tools it needs, we will have well and happy, body, mind and spirit.
I think that our body, mind and spirit needs live food, pure live water, pure thoughts and positive thinking people. Our body loves; fermented foods, sprouts, sprouted grains, bone broths, etc. etc.
I have made it my practice to never purchase anything that has a label that says: fat free or gluten free. I know that the manufactures are trying to fool me and most people will not even read the label. I think that the same thing is true about the label of “heart healthy”, with the correct amount of money you can purchase that label and who really knows how bad the product is, it is probably full of ingredients that I would think was bad for me. If you check out some of them they even recommend that you microwave the product, how heart healthy is that??
If you need to supplement your nutrition program be aware that many so called experts and health gurus are trying to make money and sell you products that you do not need. They use a lot of hype to fuel their greed, so watch out and do your own research.
A great many people get caught up in the weight loss frenzy, such a waste of time and money, in my opinion. We need to think about complete wellness and not focus on such things as weight. If you start by cleaning out toxins of all kinds, building your immune system and eliminating the negative things in your life, the weight will take care of itself, you may not become a size 0 but you will become your healthy weight. I believe in journaling or blogging to clear cobwebs from the mind and also keeping tract of your progress in this ongoing wellness program.
Have you ever felt like you can accomplish nothing else until you have started a project? I must start writing and that is what I am doing.
As I start I have my little electron gizmo on my face to improve my eyesight, I have a soft, cold laser on the tooth that I cracked this morning and I have just used my little Guardian to “upright” my body by electronically placing my energy into itself. I drink my Asea and also sprayed it on my face in order to reset the cells in my body, drank a tablespoon of Restore and all of this so I can remain well in all parts of me: mind body and spirit. My morning drink while I am driving to my classroom: 10 ounces of filtered structured water, 1 scoop of cardio for life, ½ teaspoon colostrum, a squirt of b complex with b12, 1 teaspoon Restore, 1/2 teaspoon of beet crystals, 1 oz. Zamu, 1 oz. Napalea and sometimes I add other ‘stuff’, I also rub on my magnesium cream before I leave.
Last year at my 80th birthday party, I gave away my little book, “The Reinvention of you and Me” and since then I have kept studying and learning how to be well and stay well. I continue to teach classes and coach others on the art of being well and I do not charge for any of my “advice”. Wonderful things will happen in your life if you start out the morning in your kitchen: drink a glass of water with apple cider vinegar added, a little bit of Tumeric in a Tablespoon of Honey, a pinch of baking soda added to ½ glass of water, oil pull with coconut oil, brush your teeth and tongue with coconut oil and baking soda. Eat a tablespoon of molasses, do an eye wash, etc., etc., etc.
There is no one who cannot benefit from bathing or doing a foot soak in Epson salt water. Time in an infrared sauna or on a biomat and a good massage will always add to your wellness. I continue to believe that the very most effective healing modality is laughing and playing!!
The next best thing that you can do: walk barefoot on the great earth and that is FREE. Deep breathing, from your belly, is also free and I can show you with my oxygen meter how great deep breathing is for you. I think I am better because I rescue animals: 12 dogs, 4 cats, 2 pygmy goats a 32 year old horse and anything else that someone throws away. The goats and horse have long outlived their normal lifespan but they keep enjoying life and I enjoy them. All my animals are strays or rescues.
If you want to hear a few, NO statements: No added sugar, No sodas, No vaccines, No radiation, No negative attitude, No negative people in your life, No couch potato, No unfiltered water, No microwave, No plastic, …If that is not enough nos, I will add more.
Yes: Use coconut oil and butter for cooking, Drink filtered/structured water, Eat non GMO food, Don’t eat from a box or a can (less processed food). Stimulate brain and body, volunteer, rescue a pet, think of others and less about yourself, socialize, have one close friend, walk barefoot, outdoors at least 15 minutes each day, massage, Biomat, infrared sauna, chiropractor, Bowenwork, Novanetics, Domancic Bio energy treatments, I was just introduced to another healing modality, a spa float, you float as you are away from the rest of the world, in magnesium. I learn about new therapies weekly.
Find a hobby that you love, make your job into one you love or find one that you love, keep busy, rest/sleep in a dark room every night, I use a mask and might as well have healing magnets in my black mask. Meditate, exercise your body and do yoga, tai chi, or qigong. Expand your world and get to know new people frequently, have a great spiritual life, not a religious life; really not the same. Develop a great understanding of other people even though you disagree with them. Do productive things, even if you are unable to do all things, if you can move a finger or speak, you can do something that is productive.
You can be well whether you are rich or poor. If insurance pays for something, it is not usually good for you because the way the world is today, greed runs most corporations and organizations so insurance is not paying for what is really important for your wellness. One of the problems with the system is that there is no money to pay for holistic therapies. I am working on that one and have some response from www.bulldozerhealth.org. They raise some funds from concerts and donations for assisting the poor in paying for holistic therapies
I like using the barter system: if I have something you want, what do you have that you can trade… I believe that the people who are not wealthy are going to have to learn to barter in order to live a good life.
What is your passion? My passion is improving the wellness and happiness of people and animals. I really believe that everyone can be well if they give their body the tools it needs to be well, we have self healing bodies and we need to learn how to help our body, mind and spirit be its very best.
I am continuing every day to learn about very effective healing modalities and I get so energized by this learning. Dr. Lee Cowden continues to inspire me and teach me; I have to find the money for his conferences and find out if I can learn directly from him. My favorite cancer physician, Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez died suddenly recently and I already miss his great information. I love Dr. Garry Gordon’s programs and I follow as many of their instructions as I need.
Last week I wrote out some daily plans for wellness and I also am developing a Reinvent Your Life class plans. I, of course, add to and change both those frequently.
One thing that never changes, we love to claim our symptoms as “mine”, my arthritis, my cancer, my headache, my allergies, so so wrong. These symptoms or diseases are not yours until you claim them. When you call them yours, they become your problems, never, never claim a symptom or disease.
The step by step daily wellness plan looks like this:
My little suggestion notes: Do as much of these suggestions as you can….
½ cup of honey mixed with 1 tablespoon of Turmeric, (this will last several days).
Mix 1 teaspoon of the turmeric/honey mix in cup of warm water or tea each day.
Put 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in warm water and drink every morning.
1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of raw honey in cup of warm water or tea every day.
B12 liquid daily under the tongue
Detox drops or caps
Parasite cleanse, almost everyone has been invaded by parasites so continue on a program frequently to kill and remove them.
Pure Aloe vera and Pure Noni Juice twice a day 1 oz of each every morning and every night. If this tests positive for you, it is real food and most bodies love it.
Iodine (Lugols) as directed. If your body needs it.
Do Gallbladder Colon Cleanse when it its convenient there are two good programs one with apple juice/olive oil/lemon juice and Epson salts. The other one is using special beans There is a website: Rapid home remedies that gives some good suggestions
Moringa 2 caps daily, this is a food and your body loves it.
Diatomaceous Earth 2 caps twice a day, another natural product; it comes directly from the earth.
Astragalas is an herb that will be a great help for a weak immune system
Epson salts foot soaks or full bath 30 minutes 3 times a week, I believe EVERYONE needs this modality for healing.
Vitamin D3 caps daily at least 5000 units, it is a great idea to have your vitamin D levels read by a good lab
Sit outdoors with bare feet on the ground at least 15 minutes each day. I go barefoot every day and have a great skeletal and energy system because of it.
Meditation is critical, do qigong, yoga, tai chi or other energy/meditative exercises daily
Sleep in complete darkness
Use only coconut oil or real preferably cultured, butter for cooking
No Wheat pasta or bread unless the bread is sprouted seed bread.
No processed sugar or artificial sweeteners
No Sodas or bottled/canned energy drinks
Drink coffee or tea without sugar or artificial sweeteners, it would be good to add fresh lemon to the tea or water
Drink at least 8 large glasses of pure water every day go to bed well hydrated most experts think that we need to drink ½ our body weight in- ounces each day; 100 # drink 50 ounces daily. In my opinion we should never store anything in plastic or drink water from plastic. If the water in a plastic bottle has set on a truck, in the sun, it is really toxic.
Each of the supplements mentioned must test positive for your energy system or they will be ineffective and a waste of money. I believe that it is very important to learn how to listen to your body and learn to test yourself.
There are a lot of additional supplements and healing modalities that might work with you if you already have disease in your body. It does not matter how many supplements you take, if your body is not processing them, this is especially true about fat soluble vitamins, if you are not consuming fat, you are wasting your money.
I make it a practice to not take anything that is made in a factory, your body wants the real thing, not a supplement made from a bunch of chemicals. That is the reason that my daily multiple vitamin/mineral is Moringa, a real tree, a tree that some countries consider complete nutrition, real garlic, real onion, real cinnamon, real oregano oil, real turmeric or camu camu, chia seeds, flax seed, etc., etc. If you are taking pills, put them in a glass of water and check them out in 4 hours to find out if they are dissolved, if not, they are not dissolving in your body either. Also read instructions on supplement and if they need to be taken sub-lingual do not swallow them, let them dissolve in your mouth.
Many of the supplements need a complimentary product to make it effective; taking iron, you have to take a vitamin C product with it or consume a kiwi, turmeric or another food that is high in vitamin C.
Humans decided that they were smarter than God and tried to get us to eat parts of the egg instead of the whole thing, such a terrible thing to do.
The same thing happened when the powers that be, decided that they could make a substitute for butter, the first margarine was made in the 1940s and you got the package of food coloring to add to make it look like rich butter, the yellow food coloring was actually poisoning us also. I am careful to eat and drink very little man-made “food”. It was also proclaimed that it was calories in and calories out never taking in the fact that each body is different and that whole concept is wrong, wrong, in my opinion, of course.
I must tell you that you can be fooled by quoted research studies, do your own studies. I have had 3 white cats in my life and all of them love sleeping in a box so I can report my study that only white cats like a box but if the study is not what I want, I can say: the study was too small and we need more research. Studies can be bought and can say anything you want them to say.
Not many years ago when I took my first courses to be a health coach, my instructor and I disagreed on lots of points; vaccines, mammogram, x-rays, and especially on the servings of bread in our diet. I did get an A and was certified. I made certain that the next course was just in life coaching so I would not have a lot of arguments. When I was an RN I was ordered to give the diabetics bread at bedtime instead of changing the insulin dose. There is no record of how many people became “sicker” with this kind of care or how many died because of no common sense or education. Sometimes it was fruit and a peanut butter sandwich on white bread. I doubt that the traditional medicine world has changed that much. In the building where every cancer patient was receiving radiation, bowls of cookies and lots of soda and diet coke were available for the patients. I see really well educated people heating food in the microwave, heating food in aluminum foil, why, why, why…
I have an old friend on facebook that has been in the hospital almost full time for the past year and she is living on sweets, breads and fast food. No nutritional instructions or changing her lifestyle. When I knew her 45 years ago she smoked a pack a day and when we attended conferences we sat on opposite sides of the room. What are they Thinking???
Our health care dollars are paying for all those mistakes and choices. A lady informed me that her physician diagnosed her with Hepatitis C and ordered a medication that costs $40,000 a month, yes you read that correctly, $40,000. Insurance pays for it but that is one of the reasons that insurance is expensive. You can cure hepatitis C in one month, in my opinion with MMS, a Zapper or Silver or many other natural products and add some good nutrition and detoxification. This process will cost probably less than $150. What are “they” trying to do to us?? After you take that expensive drug, you will have to go through a great chelation and detox program. A lot of people, even holistic people will say that since insurance pays I will go ahead and take the drug, they should just run home and do the holistic “stuff”, but we are all frightened of diseases and want to be healed even if the medication my knock years off our life or in a few years destroy our liver.
I drink raw milk, you may not want to drink milk but raw milk has all the digestive enzymes in it and the cows who give up their milk for me are wonderful cows who know their names, graze on a pasture that has not been treated with insect repellants, etc. They drink from a spring that structures itself by running over stones and I know the family who raised the cows and cares for them. They also make wonderful butter and cheese curds that tastes great. I also love raw goat milk. But I do not try to make people feel bad when they do not want to dairy or has demonized dairy. I just know that it is good for me. I even hear the statement almost weekly that no one should eat dairy but I know all the research I have done and that it is good for me so I enjoy it all. I hate it when writers or experts demonize a real food; that is one of the reasons that I became interested in the Weston A. Price organization. They have the right idea about real food, in my opinion.
When I drink any of my concoctions it is from a beautiful, stemmed glass and I celebrate each one. I try to make a party from everything. For breakfast this morning I had a slice of flax seed sprouted bread, toasted (in my old iron skillet), topped with some fermented cabbage/kraut, on top of that I added an egg that had been cooked with coconut oil/ onion/garlic/green sweet pepper/ sprinkled with turmeric, Himalayan salt and black pepper again using my old iron skillet, last step is slice of fresh organic tomato. I always place it on a china plate and enjoy every bite. It is much harder to make your meals pleasant if you live alone because we associate eating with socializing.
Sing, dance, dream, laugh and play…EVERY DAY!
You may bring a baby food jar full of your first morning urine to the classroom on Monday or Thursday and we will make you a homeopathic remedy to drink. While there we can treat you with the cold laser for your yeast and fungus, etc.
I make good use of my cold laser for improving brain function and many other organs are improved with PEMF and cold laser therapy. I use the microcurrent for improving my vision. I would love to use hyperbaric oxygen and EWOT (exercise with oxygen), if these modalities were available.
If I had funds I would purchase more effective microcurrent and laser machines. I also need more training on my remedy maker and Eagle guardian machines I plan to pursue more training in these areas of healing I am re reading Dr. Cowden’s book on energy medicine but it is temporarily loaned out for a few days. I would like to feel more comfortable using the emotion code; just not enough time in the day.
I love the program of “Ask and Receive” that I am practicing at this time and need to feel more comfortable convincing people to use it.
I love using a Squatty Potty for aiding in having good bowel movements, this is especially helpful for people who have problems with elimination and I use my Bullitt Blaster for doing smoothies, making soups, etc. I love to see people use coffee enemas for clearing toxins from their bodies and just plain prevention. We have to choose the modalities that add most to our lifestyle program and use them.
I study all kinds of energy healing including, crystals, magnets, pendulums, the emotion code, theda healing, sound therapy, and many others. I love the study of essential oils and homeopathic medicine. I am interested in oriental medicine, face reading, acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, cranial sacral movement, color and light therapy, Bowenwork, biofeedback, microcurrent, low level lasers, Iridology, bio-energy, infrared, The KI healing, massage and many others, I find new ones every day. I want to learn as much as I can, as fast as I can about each healing modality. If you know about a healing modality that I may not know, please make an effort to inform me, I am interested. As you can see, I am a bit weird!
I NEVER use a microwave or drink from plastic, I avoid eating from a can or any food that has been in a metal can and love to have bone broth in my refrigerator or freezer, very inexpensive to make and very good for digestion or whatever ails you. You do not have to do what I do but do the research on your own or develop your group of experts so you can filter and use what is beneficial for you.
I filter and structure my drinking water and my shower water and I write words of kindness on the glass bottles that I drink from, may sound crazy but it works for me!
I believe that you can make yourself ill just by being stressed out about eating correctly, DO NOT stress out about doing everything correct, your body, unless it has a chronic illness, can adjust to a few meals that are not generally good for you and a few fast food meals, just enjoy and appreciate, being thankful that you have a self healing body mind and spirit. I find that in my world of wellness, many of the health conscious world become obsessed with their food program and become food prudes, they condemn people who do not follow their plan. I think that all of us are very unique and we must find our own plan for being super well. We must enjoy every minute of life and if we become too concerned about what we are consuming we can become unhappy and completely disrupt our social life. If someone wants to feed you a slice of birthday cake, I believe that if you eat it with thanksgiving and gratitude, your body will accept it, if not go home and detox afterwards and if you have lots of allergies and sensitivities, get rid of them. Don’t be a food prude. I know people who are very unwell because they are food prudes. Every nutrition program needs to contain, birthday cake and ice cream in small amounts, if it does not, you need to make some changes in your life.
I hate labels and one of the labels is; good and bad, also wrong and right. Even a stopped clock is correct twice a day. Almost everything has a good and bad side, TV, for instance, some very bad for me and some very good for me. I love baseball games on TV, Soul Sunday on OWN, book reviews on C-Span, movies on Pixl or Hallmark, Jeopardy, etc. I think people who eliminate anything completely because some of it is bad, are really missing out on a lot of happiness. Eliminating people from your life because they do not, do as you do, is also not good, in my opinion. Eliminate them only if they add negativity to your life that we do not need. The women who attend my classes: Janet, Carman, Doris, Pat, Ann, Pam, Diana, Nancy, Frances, Susan, CC, Carolyn, Ann N, etc. etc. all have different ideas, different lifestyles, different backgrounds, we are just different, but we love each other and learn from each other every week. If we were not open to other ideas, we would miss out on so much in life and I think we shorten our lives by shutting off ideas. I must admit that most of us are very opinionated and do express our ideas. I change some of my opinions almost daily by listening to others and I think I am a better person for it. I almost never get through a lesson plan and sometimes do not even start what I planned because someone or many of them have something they want to say.
I hear people say: “Facebook is bad”, no, but parts of the website is not for me but my life is enriched every time I open up the website, I may have to filter out a lot but that one little tidbit of information or inspiration adds much to my life.
Just use your filter and filter out what you do not think is of value to you and watch, read and consume those tidbits that are beneficial for your mind, body and spirit. We do have an overload of information available to us so using a good filtering system is so important.
I recently had so much fun taping a radio show interview, it will probably never be aired but it was such fun and a new experience for me.
If you have a job: be happy with your job or make it into the job that you want it to be, if you cannot do that start preparing yourself for that dream job and go for it! It is important for us to have a rough draft of what our dream jobs are or we will not know what to work toward or even know when we have that dream job. Take some time and develop a job description of what we really want to be doing then start educating yourself, networking, etc. toward that dream job. I believe that all of us need to network and connect. I live connecting different people together that can help each other.
Remember every minute of your life that you and only you are responsible for your life and you are not responsible for any other person’s decisions in life; if you are not happy YOU can make You happy, no one else can make you happy or healthy. Many of us want that prince on the white horse to carry us away into happiness, it ain’t happening folks! I think movies, etc. have given us the idea that someone needs to complete us and we always need someone else to be happy, I am so sorry that happened but It did and it is a completely false idea, we are a whole person. I will repeat that when you talk about the fact that you are not well or not happy, you begin to blame others, we can overcome what religion has done to us or family because only I am responsible for what happens to me. Many religions are trying to give us a guilt feeling about something we do or think, one answer is to be spiritual, not religious. Don’t let it happen, everyday wake up with your delete button or eraser and erase all the mistakes, starting with a clean slate learning lessons from everything that happens to you. Carrying guilt can cause chronic disease so don’t go around carrying guilt. While you are cleaning up your life, delete or defriend all those negative people from your life, life is too short to allow negative people to destroy even one minute of your life. I am so happy that I have erasers, delete buttons and that back space and I make frequent use of mine because, I am not that perfect person that I am striving to be. Are you?
More than 40 years ago, I attended a Conference. One of the keynote speakers talked about: Dipper and Bucket, he related his idea that each of us carry at all times a bucket and a dipper. Every time that we say good things about someone or do some good things we are filling their bucket and at the same time our bucket fills and when we say something negative to someone, we dip from their bucket and our bucket empties also. We need to be living a life where we are always filling buckets. So be alert to the fact that you are at all times holding that dipper and carrying that bucket.
I am so happy that the computer came about in my lifetime, I love my computer, I named her Mari because many years ago I had a fantastic assistant named Mari and we felt that there was nothing that together we could not accomplish. I have a great relationship with Ms. Google, Mr. youtube and many other assistants. When I want to know something I just contact Ms. Google and say such things as: what is ….? How do I….? etc. or I ask Mr. youtube to show me a webinar, a speech, a howto video, etc. Because I do so much computer work, I wear a little blue bead and have my Himalayan salt lamp on to combat the electromagnet pollution I get from the computer. Of course, I am also grounded. These things might not be necessary but they do not harm me in any way so why not use everything I can, just in case, those toxins were trying to invade my body, mind or spirit.
We are all unique individuals and I am so happy that I am the only one of me, how about you, are you happy that you are the only one of you? What is good for me may not be good for you, and what is good for others may not be good for you or me. Listen to your body and let your universe tell you what you need to do…
There is some basic information that you and everyone else needs to follow but we all have to make the decision to work at things we need and want and let the rest fly to the moon… I am a very competitive person and I don’t like being defeated so I am passionate about not letting any little “quirk” in my body mind or spirit defeat me; just as I was in board games as a child. I had to quit doing some computer games, such a Freecell because I could not easily give it up; I told myself that I had more productive things that I needed to do so completely quit; cold turkey. You may not have that addictive personality and can play a few every day, I could not, so I quit…
Be Happy, Yes you can, Yes you can, Yes you can!!!!

I have been absorbed in reading Dr. Perlmutter’s book, the Brain Maker and when I read that living in a clean environment was bad for me I cheered because I have believed that for years. Children that are living with a mom that keeps them very clean and the house very clean, are unhealthy in two areas: they do not have enough good bacteria in their gut and they are stressed out because they cannot get dirty. I believe that Dr. Perlmutter’s books should be read by everyone and used as a reference book in each home. Of course, one reason I like the thought of not being a good housekeeper and also letting kids play outdoors and have fun as they get dirty. I do not worry about having a dirty house,
Thinking about the problem of cleanliness: I know a young man who was raised to panic if he got dirty and his house was always spotless, he was born by c-section to a toxic mom and fed poorly, even though they are not poor, so no surprise that this young man has numerous emotional problems. I believe that his problems all stem from the lack of good bacteria in his gut, none of his physicians have a clue.
When I did a lot of motivational speaking and was in Toastmasters Club, I would ask people to compare their lives to a little sail boat out in the rough seas. Keep your eyes open for lifesavers, lifesavers are coming your way at all times and you have to catch them. The right healer or modality for healing is offered to you but you must be willing to grab it and make use of what is sent your way. You may find that lifesaver waiting in line somewhere but if you are impatient and resenting the fact that you are in that place, you may miss a great lifesaver. Being under stress and self absorbed will keep us from seeing those lifesavers keep eyes open, ears open and be alert to everything that comes your way.
Just this morning, I had a feeling that I needed to turn on the TV and I browsed through the channels and happened to land on Super Soul Sunday: Someone was reviewing his documentary films and I was so uplifted by this; I believe that I will help self heal because of these films, I will also explore more by asking Mr. Youtube for more.
Another story would include the fact that unless you know which direction you are going, you will never get there and every day we must take steps to that goal or we can sit there and complain and whine about our life and never go anywhere. I used to throw little compasses from the stage so they would remember to get direction and move forward. Of course, there are lots of speed bumps and detours but you still need to have some goals.
It does not matter how your body looks, that is an outer shell like a balloon, it is what is inside that makes it rise above and float. I have carried balloons to a meeting tied to little boxes labeled with procrastination, negative attitude, unforgiveness, etc. so I could cut each little box off until the balloons floated to show how we are carrying those weights and need to release them so we can travel and float. Another thought, there are so many great flavors in the world: chocolate, strawberry, cinnamon, on and on; I want to be vanilla because vanilla can mix with each of these flavors and make each of the flavors even better.
Judi Neal wrote a book called: Edgewalkers, it is a great read and in it I found that I am a connector, I love to connect others to the best people that they can connect with to enable them to be their best selves. I am constantly thinking of who I can connect so that they can help each other.
My opinion of what can be done if you receive a diagnosis of Cancer, !is your full time job to improve your condition, not every other day but every day! Spend a day or two researching the problem that you have and get busy,
ü Purchase the supplements and study materials that you intend to do and plan on doing these things at least a year.
ü Start purchasing all organic foods and get rid of all toxic stuff from your home.
ü Do you have a great water filtration systemDo you have an air purifier that is detoxing your air
ü Start detoxing your whole body; getting rid of parasites, yeast, heavy metals, etc.
ü Do a colon cleanse, Gallbladder cleanse, liver cleanse and especially the parasite cleanse.
ü Call any doctors that are healing people naturally, Dr. Lee Cowden, Dr. Ben Johnson, Dr. Cowan, Etc.
ü Find a place to get iv vitamin C and chelation and make an appointment
ü Make appointment for massage, chiropractor, bowenwork, acupuncture, etc.
ü Start building your immune system: using, colostrum Maringa, Diatomaceous Earth, A good daily drink with all the supplements you need. Get very loaded with magnesium, sunshine, earthing and minerals. B 12 must me high on your list of supplements, digestive enzymes/Restore, Beet crystals and MSM should be taken daily, I like the program for mineralization offered by Carolyn Dean MD, ND; ReMyte,. ReMag, etc. I would take these supplements always. Read her little book Invisible Minerals, I have it on my Kindle. If you have the funds, do lab tests to see what you need and what your cancer load is and check it later to see if you are doing well. Labs for tests are mentioned in the books, Cancer Free; are you sure and also other books.
ü Find which cancer protocols you want to do, The supplements that are specific to killing cancer cells: Graviola, N-tense, B17, pectasol, MMS, Hydrogen peroxide, colloidal Silver, GC Maf, Salvestrol, Cleopactras Health products, Cannabis oil with frankincense, Essiac tea, Read: The DMSO Handbook for Doctors, TOX SICK by Susanne Somers, Cancer Free; Are You Sure, and many more….
ü Start coffee enemas and do them faithfully and bathe in epson salts frequently
ü I think that you must do the Budwig Protocol and the Essiac tea, regardless of the programs you choose.
ü Make a schedule and follow it to the best of ability,
ü Start your morning with your oil pull than drink a glass of pure water that you have added: Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, tsp. of honey and teaspoon of turmeric and every day eat cottage cheese that has added flax seed oil and fruit: the Budwig diet.
ü Eat only eggs from free range chickens, meat from grass fed animals that have had no antibiotics and hormones and minimum of dairy only raw milk, check and see if raw goat mild would be good for you and organic fermented butter. Use butter and coconut oil, olive oil for eating or cooking, cannot use olive oil when cooking at high heat.
ü Use only sprouted grains and eat lots of fermented foods and drinks.

ü Get rid of all processed sugar; use honey, blackstrap molasses, and other natural sugars for sweetening food.
ü Eat nothing that has been put in a can or b0x, never use aluminum foil or microwave, never eat or drink from plastics.
ü Exercise; do any exercise that you will do but always use rebounder/mini trampoline at least 15 minutes every day. Ewot, exercise with oxygen therapy is very good and request an order for oxygen tank so that you can overload your body with oxygen as you exercise. Find a place to do hyperbaric oxygen and do it if it is not too expensive for you, I also think spending several hours a day laying on an infrared biomat is important and is easy to do, or use a sauna.
ü Read all you can on using DMSO to assist your body in getting the oils and supplements into your body. I would be taking a teaspoon of DMSO in aloe juice or some other juice at least twice a day. I would also put Dmso gel with essential oils and rub on my body near any tumors or in the belly button.
ü Investigate the possibility of using Ozone therapy. Cannabis oils can be bought on the internet and investigate what they can do for you. Your acupuncture/Oriental herbalist can be of great help to you.
ü As you listen to or watch the videos on the cancer conferences or summits, take notes and investigate the information. Keep your eyes and ears open for information but always investigate before you start any therapy.
ü Meditation, music, laughter, etc. are all very important to your healing process. Don’t spend any time with negative people and don’t listen to the negative programs on tv, such as the nightly news.

At that website and in the book, Bill Henderson, a cancer coach has some very good information and I think that it might be very smart to take the information and follow it to the best of your ability. I would always add the nutrition, exercise and coffee enemas that I recommend and do any of the other protocols that I mention that is possible for you.
Adding the Barley green is a great suggestion, also adding the Paw Paw trigs, beta glucan and lipomal vitamin C, to your daily routine.
I do not like some of the nutrition suggestions and there is so much misinformation on nutrition that I believe as long as you eat non gmo, organic and make good choices, never eating from a can or a box, you make your choices. I also think that the book stresses alkaline water and does not explain that you cannot take food or supplements with water that is 9.5 or you will have digestion problems.
The book also has a list of the diagnostic test and where you can get them, this is really important.
I do have the Body Code 2 and Emotion code and really believe in that program to find what is behind your symptoms, never, never be concerned about diagnosis. Having a diagnosis never helps your body heal.
For evaluation we need to ask ourselves some of these questions frequently:
ü Am I drinking pure water and staying hydrated
ü Am I breathing pure air and breathing deeply
ü Have I developed exercise programs that I enjoy
ü Am I practicing meditation
ü Have I found the healers that are beneficial for my wellness and am I using them
ü Am I learning new things every day
ü Have I found a program to detoxify my body
ü Have I replaced any prescription drugs with natural supplements or food
ü Am I touching the earth every day
ü Am I doing something good for someone every day
ü Am I laughing and playing every day
ü Am I cultivating the garden of my mind
ü Am I pampering myself
ü Am I socializing and meeting new people
ü Have I deleted all the toxic hair products and cosmetics from my life
ü Am I writing in my journal/blog
ü Am I living a life of forgiveness
ü Do I repeat positive affirmations every day
ü Do I practice humility, gratitude, love, patience, joy, peacemaking and compassion every day
ü Do I do something every day for someone else
ü What am I doing every day that is bringing my life closer to that dream life
When you go through this checklist, with pen and paper, write some things that you can improve and put completion dates on them then start it now, do it now.

Dr. Garry Gordon one of my very favorite information people, can inform you about healing holistically, testing, supplements, etc.

You can request from Ms. Google information on these experts and others and you can request from Mr. Youtube any videos that were made by these experts. If you do not already have a good relationship with your computer, whatever you have named her, start building a great relationship with her. As soon as I open, Mari, I have to print: iamnumber1, just to get started, so I already feel good before I start to work.
I also make great use of my Kindle because I ran out of room in my house for books, I am always reading several books on Kindle and get lots of samples for free so that I can figure out if I really want the book. Amazon.com really likes me and I really like them!
I believe that we learn by repetition so some things in this little book are repeated several times. Use this little booklet as a reference and make your own wellness program, one that fits the unique you and you will assist your self-healing body to become the very happiest for many years. And remember that just like your computer; you frequently need an upgrade we need to download new information every day and make use of it. I will keep learning and keep giving information to anyone who will listen. Sometimes I think that no one is listening but I cannot keep my mouth shut. I have a button that says ON but the button that says: OFF is hard to find, I will “preach”/teach as long as I can talk. Just be aware of that problem that I have.
